Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it before the next renewal date.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account or via the link in your order confirmation email. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available for dispatch.

We may take no payment at checkout, or we may take a partial deposit and store your payment method until the item is ready to be fulfilled. At a later date, we will charge the remaining balance, if applicable, and dispatch your order.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If your pre-order has already been fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you may still be entitled to a refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
