Welcome to The Cosy Clue Club
Every month, I craft a new mystery letter just for you. Each letter is filled with clues, puzzles, and stories designed to transport you to another world.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Each month you'll receive an Investigator's Letter, Story Card, Puzzles, Physical Clues, Clue Card, and Secret Password. Mysteries are light-hearted with no murder, and stories unfold over 3-month arcs.
Orders placed between the 1st and 20th of any month are prepared and dispatched together around the 28th. This means all subscribers receive their letters on the same schedule, regardless of their exact order date within the window.
We ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, though occasional delays can occur due to postal service capacity or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience during peak periods.
We currently only deliver to the UK.
Letters are sent via Royal Mail on the 28th. We offer Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, which typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Tracked postage is not currently available.
If you haven't received your letter within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
All major payment methods are available through our Shopify checkout, including credit and debit cards.
You can cancel anytime. Please cancel before the 3rd of the following month to avoid being charged for the next letter.
You can also pause your subscription if you need a break. Keep in mind that if your pause takes effect during a story transition, you may miss out on receiving your current story.
